Getting Started With Fax Marketing

Access your SimplyCast account by logging in at SimplyCast.com.

Once inside the application, select Fax Marketing by clicking on the icon in the center of the screen to arrive at the Fax Marketing Dashboard.

From the Fax Marketing Dashboard you can:

Create a contact list through the List Manager

Create and send a new fax in the Fax Manager

View your results in the Results Manager
Choose Create and send a new fax in the Fax Manager to continue.

- Step 1: Name the Fax Project and click Get Started.

Step 2: Choose the design of the fax to market. You can design from scratch, choose a previous design, or upload a PDF. In this tutorial, we will be using the New Design option.

Step 3: Select a Template from selection of the left and click Choose Design.

Step 4: Edit Fax Content by designing the header, footer, and body using the in-browser editor. When complete, click Next Step.

Step 5: View the content and verify the layout of the fax. When complete, click Next Step.

Step 6: Select Recipients from your contact lists and attach a sender name and subject to the fax. When complete, click Next Step. Please note that you must use a list that includes a label called fax number or something similar.

Step 7: Select Time and Date to send the faxes. The time zone is defaulted to GMT -4. When ready, click Next Step to finalize the process.
Please note that due to regulations on Fax Spam this needs to be approved before it can be sent. It will be reviewed prior to the distribution date you have set. If you have chosen immediately, it will be reviewed in sequence ASAP.
Viewing your Campaign Results

From the Fax Marketing Dashboard, click View your results in the Results Manager

A list of all Fax Campaigns will appear displaying the following attributes for each:

Project Name - The name of the Project

Content Type - Which type of content is included (HTML, Text, etc)

Date - Date of the Campaign

Fax Subject - Subject of the Fax Message

Sent - How many people were faxed
-
Status - Current status of the campaign.

- These results can be filtered by:
- Project Name
- Project Type
- Date
- Fax Subject
- Status
- Project Name
